How do I obtain the full serial number for Acrobat version 8? There seems to be a set of numbers missing

Hi kaskil,

As I mentioned in your forum post, it is not possible to extract the full serial number from the Acrobat installation directory, only the jewel case. If this is becoming a problem, you'll probably want to look into volume licensing where you receive one serial number (per transaction) for each product.
