Everytime I try to open something with the newly installed Acrobat Adobe 9 Pro, it crashes my computer and restarts. It first would only crash if I opened two adobe documents, but now crashes if I just open one document. Our IT department tried re-installing, but did not fix the issue.

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 9.0, Windows

What point version of Acrobat 9 are you running and what OS is this?

To locate the point version check under Help > About Acrobat ...OS is short for Operating System.

Have you tried doing a Repair Acrobat Installation from under the Help menu?

I don't see that as an option under the help...Do you have to go into something first?

It sounds as though your IT department has disabled some features. You may want to have them use the following troubleshooting guide to resolve the problem.
