I have been using Acrobat Pro 8 for over a year without issue. Suddenly it is saying it is not activated, but it has been and was working. If I go to the Help tab Activate is shaded out, so I assume that's because it's activated. If I had that option I could enter my serial number and hopefully that would fix it.
I'm not a tech person, I'm just a marketing guy. I don't want to screw anything up be uninstalling it, which could cause a licensing issue. If some one could please help direct me on how to fix this I would greatly appreciate it.
