Hello,
I try to install Acrobat pro 10.0 on a laptop with Vista32, but as soon as I start the install, I get the message : "Impossible to install the programm on this OS, please check the requested configuration"
and yet I made all the updates on Vista.

My Product Information:

I've just checked, and I realized the SP2 is not installed, the windows update is unable to install it, and I don't find a solution, I wait for an answer from MS.

Do you think it could be the reason why I can't install acrobatX?

Thanks.

Yes. The minimum system requirements for X on Vista specify SP2:

I finally had to reinstall Vista to be able to install SP2, and so I manage to install AcrobatX.

the problem is solved.
