Acrobat Pro 9 - Unable to access over network

I purchased the volume license version of the Pro 9 and am able to run the program on the server (Windows Server 2003). When I move to the workstation that has administrator rights I am able to open Pro 9 but a error message pops up licensing for this product has stoped working. Error code (147:20). I called support and they suggested something in the server not allowing this to work. Seems kind of funny to me considering we have lots of programs that work properly throught the network.

Do you have any other Adobe Products such as CS3 (including the trial version) installed on this server?

The server has adobe reader 8.1.2 & acrobat business tools. We can access business tools to the workstation.

Is this the 64-bit version of 2003?

Are you running in a Citrix environment?

Did you download or purchase the media specifically for volume licenses? Were you asked to Activate the product during the install?

Did you install using the Add or Remove Program on WTS?

I downloaded the software from the licensing website. I was told that I was purchasing a media specifically for volume licenses. I was not asked to activate the software. It asked for the serial number and then performed the install. Then it asked and I performed the registration.

Installation was all done through the download.
Downloaded file
Extracted file to desktop.
Double clicked autoplay.exe to start the install.

Perhaps the problem is that the install wasn't done through the Add/Remove program. This is the recommend procedure as documented in Adobe Acrobat 9 Deployment on Microsoft Windows Terminal Services.
