OS:Win XP SP3
product:acrobat 8
the computers are iin an internal network
when launch the soft gets error :
error aplication: acrobat.exe, versión: 8.1.7.59, module with error: acrobat.dll, versión 8.1.7.59, error address 0x00010f

Have you tried updating Acrobat 8 with the latest updates?

yes i'm had the same issue on acrobat 9 thats why i suspect that the issue is because the network, could be?
