I have uninstalled and deactivated a copy of Adobe from my old computer
and I'm trying to reinstall and activate it on my new computer and it
will not allow me to activate it for some reason. I cannot do my work
until this is resolved so if you could please get back to me asap I
would appreciate it
I suspect that you'll have to call re: activation.
