In ACW 9 under the "Installation Options" section, the checkboxes for removing previous versions of Acrobat and Reader are both grayed-out. Does anyone know how to make these available? Thanks.

What msi do you have open?

I'm using the acroread.msi that I extracted from the Reader 9 download package.

The option is grayed out because any previous version of "Reader" (msi based) will be removed automatically using the Wizard. If you open the Acrobat (not Reader) msi you'll notice that the options are not grayed out.
