Adobe Acrobat 7 Elements can use PdfDistiller function at excel macro ?

After upgrad from Acrobat 5 to "Adobe Acrobat 7 Elements", my macro to convert excel to pdf not longer function. It will sopt at ...
"Set myPDF = New PdfDistiller".

Q1: can "Adobe Acrobat 7 Elements" use PdfDistiller at excel macro

Q2: I am no longer have the administrator right with my PC. will this cause the above problem ?

The problem is more likely the latter than the former (eg. lack of rights).

However, Acrobat Elements does not officially include a developer interface. For that type of operation, you will want/need Acrobat Standard or Professional.
