Adobe LiveCycle designer 8.0 en crashes on start

i have been having this thing crash on me sence i have built this laptop. everytime i try to start it, it says: Visual studio just -in-Time debugger.
"an unhandled win32 exception occurred in formdesigner.exe[3336](this number always changes)

Visual Studio 2008 installed, and sql server 2008 devoper edition installed if that helps

There is a known bug with Designer when the SQL server is installed.

I did see lots of posts for this on the LiveCycle Designer ES, but I have EN so the patch would not load, at least I couldn't get it to load.

I did find a patch on the site you recommended and it worked great! Thank you very much!
