I have to find instructions how to solve the customers' problem, for instance Client Error 419 when trying to download an e-book. How our customer can get rid of this
This question has been up for awhile and I'm assuming no one really has the answer. You might have to contact Adobe Technical support for getting to the bottom of the problem.
