To whom it may concern:
 
I have recently uninstalled my Adobe reader 9.4 to intend to resolve the priniting problem.
 
Then I tried to downlaod and install Adobe reader.
I tried both 10.x and 9.4.
 
However, the installation never worked.
 
Retrieving Install: (The bar does not move)
 
Then
 
Installation encountered error
actionlist not found
 
My PC is windows XP with SP3

You may be running into an internet proxy server restriction.

Try downloading the Reader installer through this link: http://get.adobe.com/reader/direct
