Hi,

I have the MUI version of Adobe Reader X installed on my Windows Terminal servers.

as an admin user I am able to switch between all installed languages perfectly.
If a normal user attempts to change the language I can see the regkey is changed under: HKCU\Software\Adobe\Acrobat Reader\10.0\Language
But the language is not changed it just stays on English!

I have given the users access to the folder: c:\Program Files\Adobe\Reader 10.0\Reader\locale

Any help on why this is not working would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Carl

Carl,

I would say that it's a bug in the product. In short, you may be a little bit more advanced in your usage than what Adobe anticipated at this time.

I would report it here: https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/mmform/index.cfm?name=wishform

Don't expect a full fledged response back from them, but if you don't report it the issue will never get resolved. Also, the more folks that report the same issue the greater the chance if it being corrected in the next release.
