We are starting to receive documents from Customer who are using Adobe V8. Is there a backwards compatibility route so that V7 Acrobat Reader will view the documents or are we going to have to upgrade straight away to V8 Reader.
I have looked on the Adobe Website but cant find a specific answer.

Thanks in advance

Acrobat 7 will view and print Acrobat 8 files. Some features like PDF Packages are viewed as PDFs with file attachments. Although you can view the files in Acrobat 7, it is recommeded that you upgrade your Reader software to version 8.
