Cannot Download Adobe Reader X Without Installing

I have nine computers in my home that need to be continually updated. I cannot afford to do a live install of each piece of software. I need to download the Adobe Reader X installer to a hard drive on my server, so that I can install it from there.

How can I download Adobe Reader X to a hard drive without installing it?

You can select the "Distribute" option and complete the registration process. You will them be able to download an installer program.

As you're not actually distributing Adobe Reader, you don't need to complete the registration process. You can download the standalone installer directly from this link.

Thanks, gentlemen. That was exactly what I needed. It not only solved my manual installation requirement, but it also allowed me to install to the specific directly - not "Program Files" - where I install all my applications.
