We're an engineering firm with over 100 Acrobat Standard users. I have Acrobat Pro and want to test the forms and collaboration procedures I develop on Acrobat Standard. Can I dual install? If so, are there guidelines that will prevent problems? Thanks.

Hi

There are no problems with forms and collaboration with Acrobat Standard and Professional since they can both save form data.

Installing Adobe Reader on certain workstations would be a move forward since installing/launching this application would test users who did not pay for the full version.

Acrobat 8 has some great Reader enablement features such as saving form data, commenting and digital signatures.

Hope this helps?

Jon

I've been using Acrobat since v1.0 and still get amazed by its power. An Acrobat ACE since 1999
