Error message at start up

I receive 2 error messages at start up:
Adobe Reader could not open-
Speed Launch.Ink
Desktop Manager.Ink
If I click OK the messages disappear and everything seems to run fine. Can anyone tell me how to correct the problem?
This is Reader 9.3

Looks like you're dragging files into Reader that it can't open, or something like that. How are you opening it?

This error appears when the computer starts up and before I do anything, i.e. before I open Reader or a .pdf file that needs reader.
