get this error using adobe acrobat 7.0.9 professional, for windows. there was an error opening this document. the path does not exist. the document does open, though

I seem to recall this being a problem with some 3rd party plugins for Acrobat. Do you have any installed?

yes, dm hummingbird. maybe workshare deltaview. works okay with these third-party add-ins on other pcs
