Recently upgraded to CS3 and installed Acrobat Professional 8. Attempt to open Pro 8 and it displays a message on the lines of "need to have photoshop or another CS3 program open to use". The kicker is that I already had Photoshop and Illustrator CS3 both open at the time.

Help? Anyone know what's going on?

Thanks.

I believe this is because Acrobat 8 contains slightly different activation technology than CS3. If you attempt to activate Acrobat 8 before starting any other product in the suite, then you will see a message instructing you to launch another product in order to activate CS3.
