Installation Problem

I am using MAC OS X 10.3.9. I just downloaded Acrobat Flash Player 9.

Instead of step 4 onwards as in the Installation Instructions, i get two files:
-flash player.plugin
-flashplayer.xpt

How do i proceed with the installation?
