My company purchased Acrobat 8 with 4 Volume Licenses. I have been trying to get past the 30 day trial, but am unable to. Adobe has e-mailed the files that I need, but I'm still stuck with 23 days remaining. Any ideas?

Hi Bobht,

You'll need to reinstall Acrobat 8 with media or EDS for specifically designed for voluming licenses. The volume license media version does not contain Activation either.

Hope this helps,
Lori

Thanks for the follow-up. It seemed that the problem was our firewall not allowing communication with Adobe. Fortunately one of the guys e-mailed me all the needed files and then checked back to be sure everything was working.
The volume licensing is probably a good idea for Adobe, but not for government workers locked behind a very rigid firewall and operated off site.
Thanks again,
Bobht
