Installing Acrobat on Microsoft Terminal Server

It is my understanding that in order to install Acrobat on a Terminal Server it is necessary to purchase a volume license.

Is the installation package different as well? If so, what are the differences?

You can install Acrobat 8 on a WTS with or without Activation (I believe version 7 required a volume license). Shrinkwrap products contain Activation, volume purchases do not. The installation package is not different but you'll probably want to review the environment in which this was tested in (at Adobe) prior to your install.
