how it is possible to update from designer 7.0.x to the last release from the version 7.x?
i read that i must download the version, but i can't find the version? mybe it's under my eyes but i don't find it

My apology to you.
Looking about it appears that LiveCycle Designer updates are, when provided by Adobe, included in the Acrobat updates.
If you've sequenced through the Acrobat 7.x updates then you'll have what ever was rolled out for LiveCycle Designer 7.x as well.

just tryied bevor i posted here, to update to the last verison of 7,x of adobe prof
but it not happens, the version number in the designer remains always the same, adobe prof changed the version number when i updated
actually i think it is not possible

To get an "8.x" or "9.x" you'd have to get the applicable Acrobat release.
