I loaded Acrobat Pro 8.0 This actually for Adobe acrobat 8 Professional on a new imac running leopard. Loaded software successful and as far as I can tell it works fine. I cannot use updater. The error message says cannot overwrite AUMProduct.dmg as the file may be locked. Deleting the folder does not help. Downloaded 8.1.1 and 8.1.2 updates and they can't find the application. When I manually go to it the application with the patch it is grayed out. Any one have a similar problem. Hints appreciated! Thanks.

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 8.0, Macintosh

I have had the same problem. I would like to find a work around or a fix so I can update my version of Acrobat.

Thanks,
Mike

No response or just don't care?

Free support on product ended and they wanted some unreasonable amount to sign up for paid support. In addition they do not have any support documents available to resolve the problem. So, I guess they don't care unless you pay them.
