Hi,

When installing the latest 3D update for Acrobat 9 Pro Extended (Ac9Ex3DUpd.msi), I get the following error message: "No Qualifying Products Found to Apply this Update"

Does this mean that the update is already installed? I definitely have Pro Extended installed on my PC, so that can't be the problem.

Please advise.

Have you tried manually installing the update?

Hi,

Thanks for the reply. I saved the .msi file on my hard drive and tried running it from there. As soon as I click on "Execute", the install wizard pops up momentarily and then I get this error. Is this what is meant by "manually installing the update"?

What point update are you at before applying the next update? Which point update gives you this error?

I see what you mean. I'm already at version 9.1.3 and I believe this update is 9.0.1, therefore, the update is already installed, correct? I just found it strange that I could no longer open Inventor CAD files using 3D Reviewer, ever since our company upgraded to Inventor 2010.

Do you know when a new 3D update will be released from Adobe that will allow 3D Reviewer to be compatible with Inventor 2010?
