Reading Order in Tagged Docuemnts. Is there anyway that this can be removed?

Yes - just go View / Navigation Panel and select 'Order'. Now just drag up or down to change the reading order ..

I am looking to do this in a Citrix environment. Where Adobe will not change this for every user just the user that makes the change. I am looking for a reg key or where to look for a reg key so that this can be configured for all users in or environement.
