An "Adobe Online" dialog is appearing during the first launch of shortcut in Admin mode after installation. This dialog is appearing only for the admin during the first launch alone and it is not coming in user mode.
What environment are you running Acrobat 5 in? It's been a long time since I've looked at the A5 menus; however, check under the Help menu to see if there is an Adobe Online dialog where you can turn off this menu.
