Removing Acrobat 8 Pro from Microsoft Word

I have a database program (EZ Data's Client Data System) that will pre-address letters and create form letters in Microsoft Word 2003. After installation of Acrobat 8 Pro the insertion and population of fields from the database is no longer functional. Tech support at EZ Data has informed me that it is the conversion element from Acrobat that is causing the problem. How can I remove the Acrobat installed elements from Microsoft Word 2003 in Windows Tablet XP?

You can edit the Microsoft collaboration with Acrobat (PDF Maker) from within Add/Remove Program/Modify/
