Requesting help to install Adobe Reader on a computer without internet

Hello,

I am a fairly novice computer user and was wanting to install Adobe Reader on a Dell Laptop that does not have internet access abilities. The computer is a Dell Inspiron 4000 with Windows XP

I thought I knew what to do, so I downloaded the Adobe Reader 9.3 to a flash drive and then plugged the flash drive into the USB port of the laptop and tried to initiate the install but after a box came up that said: Processing Adobe Reader 9.3..... it tried to download another file (remember no internet) and a box popped up that said Adobe Bootstrapper for Single Installation has encountered a problem and needs to close.

Can anyone give me any ideas of what I can do now? I even retried installing the Adobe Reader 9.3 program again but it was the same story... The computer keeps trying to connect to the internet but since it can't I get the bootstrapper error message.

is there anything I can do now?

Thanks in advance for anyone who may be able to assist me in this.

My Product Information:
Reader 9.3, Windows

It seems that the installer you are using might be corrupt. Use either of the links below to download the latest Reader 9.3.3.
