How do i retain Elements when uninstalling Acrobat Professional 8 trial. Elements was preloaded when i got system from Dell

Are you asking about Photoshop Elements or something else? If Photoshop Elements is your question, a deinstall of Acrobat will have no effect on other Adobe applications.
