Running Acrobat 8 Pro on network

Because of the large number of programs that I have to have open at one time, I use two computers and monitors with one keyboard and mouse through Synergy. The two computers are part of a three computer personal network, with the third computer being used for data storage. Networking uses Microsoft.

Computer 1 is Windows XP Pro. This computer has Dragon Naturally Speaking Professional installed for dictation. Computer 2 is Windows 2000. Acrobat 8 is installed on this computer. DNS is a memory hog and having DNS and Acrobat 8 running on the same computer moves slower than frozen molasses.

I would like to keep Acrobat 8 installed on computer B, but to be able to use DNS to create and edit pdf docs. Is there a way to do this? Computer A has a specialized microphone for using DNS.

Thank you.

I'm not sure this will do the trick but you can try disabling the Accessibilty plug-in for Acrobat (as long as you're not using it). You can do this with the instructions in the following post:
