Users have Adobe Acrobat Pro 7 and Adobe Illustrator CS2 installed on PC's. Since then whenever they try to open a word document error comes up with
Microsoft Visual C++ runtime Library, word then closes, when you go to launch word again user then gets the option to run word in safe mode, when user selects yes user is then able to open word but finds that they are not able to save. They also have Objective\Client63121 installed on their Desktops

Can you advise is the Objective Client the cause of this error.

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 7.0.0, Windows
