I have Acrobat 8 Professional loaded on my laptop. My boss has been attempting to load it on his and is being told that he needs PDF 99.5 . He also does not have Windows XP like myself, instead he has Windows Vista. At any rate he cannot get the software loaded on his system---PLEASE see if you can suggest anything that might help.

Acrobat 8.0 was released before Windows Vista and is not compatiblle with Vista and the Office 2007 apps. Adobe should soon be providing an upgrade to Acrobat 8.0 that will work on Vista and Office 2007. Stay tuned for a release date for when you can expect to see a new upgrade.
