Toolbars in AutoCAD

I just installed Adobe 8.1.1 Pro over 7.0 (I let 8.1.1 uninstall the 7.0) and the install did not place the adobe tool bars into my AutoCAD LT 2006 application as it did in all my Microsoft Office 2003 applications. When I try to produce a pdf from an AutoCAD LT file through the 8.0 application, the system freezes up. I did not have this problem with 7.0 Standard. Any ideas? Thanks

The PDFMaker macro only supports AutoCAD not AutoCAD LT. You might try dragging and dropping the .dwg file into the Acrobat Icon or using the Create PDF --> From File menu.

I am having the same problem. I have Adobe 7 Pro and Acad 2008. I am not getting the toolbars to show up. Any suggestions?

AutoCad 2008 is not on the list of supported applications for the PDFMaker macro in Acrobat 8 Pro. -- perhaps this is the problem. You might try the suggestion noted above (dragging and dropping the files onto the Acrobat icon). Here is the list of supported applications:
