I have downloaded 8.1 many time uninstalled restarted reinstalled, can not get it to work I have windows Vista 32 bit I keep getting the message "Acrobat 8.1 Has Stopped Working". "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available".

Go to internet options/security/trusted sites then check sites and in the space type in the address which you would like to allow to visit and close.
You should then go to the document and left click. Give the document a name and save the document to a folder in your computer.
In Adobe, go to file and look for the the document you just downloaded and your document will be recalled from memory into Adobe.
