When I scan an article and send to a recipient (my boss) in a pdf format, he can't open it. It tells him the file is not found. He has to click OK 3 times and then he has to go look for it. Why doesn't the file come up? This problem seemed to have happened after he received an Update notice from Acrobat saying he should click on the update button to update to 8.1. I also tried to uninstall Adobe Acrobat Standard 8 and reinstall. Still gives him the same error message - File not found. I have not clicked on the button to update my computer to 8.1. Could this be why? After the problems he has had, I am weary about updating to 8.1.
