I am attempting to apply updates to Acrobat 5.0. The installer setup gives a message that Acrobat 5.0 is not installed. Can you tell me if you have seen this and how I might correct the problem.
Depends on how A5 was originally installed. If all the defaults were chosen, shouldn't be any problem.....
I would take a peek at the registry - HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\5.0\... burried under here you should have an install path entry. Make sure it is exactly the same as where it is actually installed.
