Viewing License Key Details Within Adobe 8 Standard

A number of Adobe Acrobat 8 Standard licenses have been purchased by our company. I am in the process of decommissioning a Pc and need to uninstall Adobe Acrobat 8 Standard and install it onto a new Pc. The only problem is that I do not know which Serial Number is associated with the version of Adobe I am uninstalling and cannot seems to find within Adobe as to how to view it.

Can you please advise as to how I can see what is the serial number currently associated with the version of Adobe Acrobat installed?

Only the CD case contains the full Acrobat serial number; however you can reference the serial number listed under the Help --> About Acrobat 8 Standard menu. It will list a portion of the complete serial number.If these are retail installations be sure to Deactivate your license prior to reinstalling

Also, if you have several installations of Acrobat, you might want to look into volume licensing instead of retail. This will eliminate serial number issues.
