Hopefully someone has seen this at some point at their Institution and can shed some light because our Vendor has no clue.....we have an ongoing issue where an account is opened and rather than one button populating at the top of the form(Save) 4 buttons will show up(About, Printing Requirements, Reset, Show Field Borders) just like when opening a blank document.....and none of the Account Information transfers to the Form.
Any ideas or has anyone seen this before?
