I have Adobe 8 standard (full version). I am using a pdf form that was created in Adobe 6.0. This form has multiple text only entry lineswhere you type in an address etc. and the text is automatically fitted to the line. It works on some lines, but no others. On some lines, I'll type in the text and when I tab out to the next line, the text is all messed up. It's like I have to type a letter, hit space, type a letter, hit space etc. to get it to display right but even then it still screws up and looks bad. I tried installing 6.0 but the install won't complete as I have a superior version already installed. How can I overcome this?

Try this. From the menu bar click Help, Repair Acrobat Installation. Also check the font used in the form field and try using a safe font (Arial, New Times Roman, etc).
