Acobat Pro Form - Download from Web issue

I have created a form using Acrobat Pro 10.1.0 and have posted it to an FTP folder for download. The form works fine when it is emailed but when it is downloaded via a web link it says:

"This document enabled extended features in Adobe Reader. The document has been changed since it was created and use of extended features is no longer available. Please contact the author for the original version of this document."

How can I remedy this issue?

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 10.1, Macintosh

That sounds as if the document gets messed up in one of the transfers.

A few things to make sure:

• if uploading is via FTP, make sure that the transfer is binary.

• For downloading make sure that the transfer is binary.

• Make sure that the MIME type for .pdf is correct.

Hope this can help.

You form Extended Usage Rights has become invalid because, the form was re-saved.

You need to do the following precisely:

Save the form using this procedure...
File=>Save As CopyThen, re-extend the usage rights on the form
File=>Advanced=>Enable Usage Rights in Adobe Reader
Be sure to save the form as a new form or in a different folder, and upload the form to your web server.

Do not resave, or change the form in anyway after you Enable Usage Rights

The File=>Advanced=> Enable Usage Rights in Adobe Reader is a menu path that is not available in my version of Acrobat Pro. I do have the path File=>Save As=>Reader Extended PDF=> then the following choices:•Enable Adding Text in Documents (that are not fillable forms)...
•Enable Commenting and Measuring...
•Enable Additional Features...

So I am assuming it is the additional features which I used and was able to save a new version of the form. One problem I am still having is on MAC OSX the pink bar which usually shows at the top of the form in Adobe Reader and contains the submit form button is not there when Safari opens the form in a browser window. You have to download the form to you machine and open it Adobe Reader to see the pink bar with the submit button. Any suggestions? Thanks for your help thus far.

Yes, in Acrobat X is was moved to the location you selected.
Safari probably uses its own PDF plugin, or something like Preview, to display the PDF files, and therefore the submit bar is not visible.
