Hello,

I hope someone can help me with this. I am creating a form in Acrobat 8.
I have a combo box with several options to choose from, and I have two text fields below. I want these text fields auto populate with particular information based on what option is selected in the combo box.
Example: Combo Box option selected is "Allison" so one text field says "cell: 421.875.6433" and text field below that says "emai: abrandon [at] somwhere [dot] com". Basically when a name is chosen then that person's cell number and email appear below so I don't have to retype this stuff every time.

I really hope to get some help with this.

Thank you!
