Acrobat forms submission email address

I need to create a form that when submitted, goes to an email address other than mine (which is the single regersitered user email). Have no idea how to do this...tried once before by updating the Acrobat user info, but that didn't end up working...forms never were received by either myself or the other individual.

I am creating the form in Acrobat 9.3.4 ProEx...most form recipients will be completing the form in free Adobe Reader. Once I've set the form up for distribution, I always choose "Manually collect responses in my email box." We are not using Acrobat.com.

Is this a Javascript solution...if so, I'm in trouble because I have no clue on Java.

Any suggestions/solutions, would be most appreciated.

Thank you,
Jennifer

It sure seems like it might...
I thought I had tried this before, but maybe a new folder wasn't created to receive the forms.
Do you know if I can "resume my identity" immediately after creating the form, or do I need to wait until all forms have been collected by my colleague?
