I'm using Acrobat Pro 7. I created a form by first converting a MS Word 2007 document to PDF using Adobe PDF printer function. I then created text fields as appropriate. I've test the form by entering data and then saved an individual PDF file for each entry. When I insert each individual document so that I can create a single PDF file each page has the same data as the first file/page.
What is causing this and how can I fix it?
