acrobat Pro javascript, create new folders

I have been told that you can't create new folders within acrobat using js. Is this true or does someone have some sample scripts? I want it to first check to see if the folder exists, and if it doesn't, create the folder.

You cannot create new folders through JavaScript. The access of Acrobat to the file system is very limited for security reasons.
