Is there a way to add text (such as additional instructions) onto an existing PDF? I tried putting it in a locked text box but it still disappears when I clear the form, and the only way I have found is to create a button that doesn't have any action associated with it. I know there has to be a better way, any ideas?

For the text field, you can set the "Defaulr' to the text of the instruction and make the fiedl read only. Then when the form is reset, the field will be refilled with the defalut text.
