Adobe Form not saving data file

I recently had my computer replaced by a newer system, both use Microsoft XP Pro. I am still using Adobe 7.0 Professional as well as everyone else, but now the forms that worked on my previous system does not save the data files on the newer system. This same form works fine on other systems. Does anyone know why the data files are no longer saving?

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 7.0.9, Windows

Are both Reader and Acrobat installed on your system?

When the form is opened is Reader or Acrobat opening the form?

The form is being opened in Acrobat.

How, exactly, are you attempting to save data files? Provide as many details as you can.

When I use a blank form and fillin the textboxs and dropdown lists, I use File-Save As. I reopen the PDF and the form is blank. Now if I import data into the form and do File - Save As as a pdf, if I reopen the pdf the form is populated.

Hmmm...that is odd. It's hard to say much without seeing the form. Was the form created in Acrobat or LiveCycle Designer?

The form was created in Adobe Designer. What makes this the confusing is that I can take the form and use it on another Windows XP system that has Adobe Pro 7.0 and it works fine. Could there be something with a XP system setting that is blocking me from saving a new PDF. "I know this is a Adobe forum but I am hoping someone has run into this before."
