I'm just getting started with Forms and wanted to try professional before I purcahsed it. I've created a form for testing with an email button on it. When I click the submit button, it spins for a second like it's doing something and then stops with no form sent. Is this not functional on the trial version?

This should be functional on your trial version. Is you submit button setup as suggested in the following FAQ:
