I am creating a form that will have 7 possible check boxes, but I only want to allow ONLY 1 check box to be selected. Is there a way to do that???

Thanks

Yes, use radio-buttons.

HI. Well I just did that for first time the other day. Using a MAC, but it may work.

Now, I used the Radio Button, not the Check Box. Anyhow, when you put your first button in, it will state "Add another button to group", and click on that. I repeated this three more times because I needed it four times.

In Properties, the button value was "yes" for all of them which made them mutually exclusive. Also, the Name under the General Tab should be the same for all four (or however many you need) buttons, thus the "Group."

If you turn on Tab Order, you'll see where they are all lined up under your main heading. Hope this helps.
