Anonymous Form Submission

I have been searching for a solution to this question on a few forums, but with no success. It seems everytime I find this topic the submitter gets no response. (hopefully not in this case)

We have a feedback form for the user to fill out after watching a presentation.
-a Text Field for them to leave a brief description
-a Button for submitting the form

1. Is there a way that allows this form to anonymously be submitted to a certain/predetermined email address?

Right now it prompts me to have Microsoft Outlook/Mail(Mac) or use something like Yahoo/Gmail/Hotmail to email this to the final email address.

If there is another discussion started for this I will happily move to it, or am I just chasing my tail?

Thank you very much in advance!

You can either create an address in one of the web-services you specified and provide it to the users, or you can set up a web server and have the form submitted (as FDF) directly to it.

To extend what try76's said, remember if you submit the data to a server using FDF, it's simple enough to write a script in php/asp/etc that will receive the data and forward it via email - that way the form users don't even get to see the email address it's being sent to.

Remember that your license for Acrobat only allows you to receive 500 sets of returned data over the lifetime of the product, no matter how many copies you own. You can send out as many forms as you want, but must only get back 500 responses. If you need to receive more than that you will need to buy one of Adobe's LiveCycle server products.
